Our RestaurantThe Piccolo Chianti hotel has a large restaurant with both inside and outside seating. You can enjoy excellent dishes typical of traditional Tuscan cuisine, choosing from a menu comprising extravagant starters, main courses and home-made desserts. In our restaurant you will find typical Sienese dishes prepared with flair and imagination, using only the best, freshest ingredients of the highest quality. All are carefully selected by our chef. Our friendly, hospitable staff will make you really feel at home.
We have two large inside rooms, and during the summer months dinner and breakfast are also served in the outside seating area and on the large terrace with its magnificent view of Siena.
Our chef offers traditional Tuscan and Sienese dishes such as ‘ribollita’, Fiorentina steak, cacciagione, truffles, pappa al pomodoro and cold cuts and cheeses typical of the Crete Senesi area, all washed down with a good Tuscan wine. Our dishes are guaranteed to make your evenings spent at the Piccolo Chianti really special. We only serve home-made desserts that we make in-house: doughnuts, raisin cakes and ‘cantucci’ – hard baked biscuits for dipping in Vin Santo – these are our real specialities as we are passionate about them and use recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
The meeting room can offer rich buffet brunches while evening aperitifs can be served in the garden. In addition, with prior booking, our restaurant and kitchens are available for events, birthday parties, business dinners, wedding receptions and other special occasions.
Both the restaurant and the hotel are open 7 days a week.
